rk44 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the rk44 platform, accessible at rk44.io and any associated mobile-optimised URL. These Terms take effect from the moment you complete registration or, if earlier, from the moment you access any part of the platform.

rk44 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When a material change is made, rk44 will publish the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. Each individual may hold only one active rk44 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether identified by matching personal details, device fingerprint, payment method, or IP address, will be merged or suspended and any pending withdrawals may be forfeited pending investigation.

rk44 requires players to provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number associated with an active bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your rk44 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. rk44 staff will never ask you to share your password under any circumstances — any such request should be reported immediately to support.

You agree to notify rk44 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, if your registered mobile number or email address is compromised, or if you believe a third party has accessed your account. rk44 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. You must not allow any third party to access or use your rk44 account for any purpose.
• You must keep your personal details current. You may update your contact information by submitting a support request with identity verification.
• rk44 may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card or passport) and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension.
• Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may incur a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 BDT, deducted from any remaining balance, unless the balance is zero, in which case no fee applies.

All financial transactions on rk44 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit, however rk44 may apply enhanced due diligence to deposits exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment channel registered in the same name as the rk44 account.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. If KYC documentation has not been submitted and approved, rk44 may hold withdrawal requests until verification is complete.
• Standard processing time for mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) to verified accounts is 15 to 60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
• rk44 reserves the right to request the source of funds for any withdrawal request exceeding ৳100,000 BDT as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances satisfying all applicable conditions are eligible for withdrawal.

• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to a 15x wagering requirement unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be used on games and betting markets explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering on excluded game categories does not contribute to the rollover requirement.

rk44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity in connection with the account.
• Chargebacks initiated against rk44 by a Player's payment provider. Accounts associated with a chargeback will be suspended pending repayment of the disputed amount.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the Player under the Responsible Gaming tools.

Upon permanent account closure due to a Terms breach, rk44 may, at its discretion, forfeit any remaining real-money balance in the account after deducting amounts owed to rk44. If an account is closed for any reason other than a Terms breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 10 business days.

Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting rk44 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 3 business days.

rk44 may amend these Terms at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, platform features, payment methods, or operational requirements. When amendments are made:

• The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date visible at the top of the document.
• For material changes that significantly affect Player rights or obligations, rk44 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by displaying a prominent notification upon login before the changes take effect.

• These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or regulatory authorities with competent jurisdiction over the matter.
